Application developer engineer

Our multinational Partner is looking for an experienced colleague for the position below:
Developing and revising existing software applications and tools used for product sizing and engineering data management;
Point of contact for SNC software requests;
Documentation of existing codebases and procedures using (GIT, MD) and creating manuals (operational, administration and developer manuals, videos, etc.) for application users;
Adopt and implement secure coding practices;
Develop new software features for existing and potential applications (web-based, desktop or mobile);
Willingness to share and collaborate with team members and project managers at multiple sites;
Implementation of existing and optimized business processes in close consultation with business departments, IT and developers (internal and external).

Relevant experience in software development, especially refactoring and porting existing codebases;
Degree in engineering or knowledge of mechanical systems;
Proficiency in Python or C# or VB.NET or SQL and cloud technology (Azure);
Good front-end development skills are an advantage;
Excellent written and spoken English (min. language level B2);
Willingness for Inter-European travel.
