AirOcean Freight Forwarding Specialist (Full Remote)
We are looking for someone who already has experience in the field and can independently manage shipments and client processes end-to-end. If this sounds like your day-to-day, this could be a strong next step for you.
Feladatok
Your daily work will focus on the full coordination of shipments:

handling and processing customer orders
-
organizing and managing air and/or ocean shipments end-to-end

continuously tracking shipment statuses

communicating with clients and handling inquiries

collaborating with the Customer Service team on deadlines and updates
-
maintaining smooth cooperation with subcontractors
Elvárások
-
At least 1 year of experience in air and/or ocean freight forwarding
-
Confident English skills (both written and spoken)
-
You like to see the bigger picture, while keeping control of the details

You are comfortable communicating with clients, not just working in the background

You can work independently and stay organized in a remote setup
