Our partner is a major Chinese automotive group, currently expanding its presence through regional import partners. To provide technical expertise for their operations in Hungary, they are looking for a Service Engineer in Budapest. 

Your tasks will be:

• Providing 2nd-level technical support across the CEE distributors via phone, email and onsite visits when neccessary. 
• Perform onsite troubleshooting. 
• Create and localize repair guides. 
• Communicating effectively with service technicians, customers and representatives of the dealer network and distributors.
• Hold regular technical meetings with distributors to review issues, updates. 
• Deliver presentations do dealers and distributors on technical topics. 

Elvárások / Requirements

• University degree in engineering. 

• Experience in automotive servicing.
• 5+ years automobile technical support work experience with proven track records in CEE.
• Have knowledge of CEE regional regulatory requirements on warranty, service pack and etc.
• Fluency in English and Hungarian.  
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and travel when needed (1-2x/week)
