Accounting Supervisor

Your new role 

As an Accounting Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the full-cycle accounts payable (AP) operations across multiple reporting units. You will lead and develop a team of accounting professionals. A key part of your role will involve active stakeholder management, including close collaboration with finance teams and leadership across other subsidiaries. 

Your tasks:

• Coordinating end-to-end accounts payable (AP) activities across multiple reporting units;
• Leading and developing a team of 7 members;
• Ensuring compliance with accounting, tax, and other relevant regulations and requirements;
• Ensuring adherence to SOX-compliant processes and internal audit requirements within your area;
• Monitoring KPIs, continuously improving operations, and increasing efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed 

• Relevant degree and certified accountant qualification;
• Experience with IFRS and/or US GAAP standards;
• At least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience;
• Confidence in English;
• Leadership experience.
