- Fachliche und disziplinäre Führung von drei Teams sowie Förderung einer konstruktiven Zusammenarbeit innerhalb eines langjährig gewachsenen Umfelds
- Verantwortung für Personaleinsatz-, Schicht- und Ressourcenplanung
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen technischen Betriebs sowie der fachgerechten Umsetzung technischer Anforderungen

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Beleuchtungs-, Veranstaltungs- oder Theatertechnik bzw. einem vergleichbaren technischen Umfeld
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern sowie in der Personaleinsatzplanung
- Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Technisches Verständnis für moderne Beleuchtungssysteme, Lichtpulte und technische Abläufe
