We are looking for a professional HR Manager for our prestigious partner, a US company operating in the media sector. The scope includes 2 countries, location is Budapest.
You’ll take part in regional projects and cluster initiatives within the HR department by managing complex HR processes with strong business mind-set.
You'll influence and facilitate change management processes by supporting new colleagues' integration and development.
You’ll implement HR strategy in line with the business strategy by building a trusting and consultative relationship with business managers and employees.
You’ll supervise the local team with coaching methodology
You'll lead full range of Human Resources activities such as change and performance management, talent development, compensation and benefit system, succession planning by being the right hand of the regional HR Director
You’ll support leaders in strategic and operative HR matters based on business needs.
