A week in the life of Group Employee Experience & Policy Manager at our Street, Somerset head office.

As the Group Employee Experience & Policy Manager you'll lead the project to develop and define Clarks Employer Brand and Employee Value Proposition…from Street to Singapore. Great project management will be key to the success of establishing our global employer brand and in the development of group policies and frameworks which underpin this. Engaging and educating key stakeholders and a global employee workforce, you will play a lead role in helping us to attract the best talent and get the best out of our teams to deliver our business plan.

A bit about you!
You recognise the importance of Employer Brand in attracting, retaining and motivating people. You'll have worked in or closely alongside Employer Brand teams on a global stage. Proactive, you will have managed large projects previously and can demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills. Ideally with a background in Employee Relations or Human Resources, you have previous experience of developing and defining policies.
You have your finger on the pulse and the world around you, keeping up to-date with UK legislative requirements and the changing trends and expectations of people.
