In charge of our prestigious international Client we are searching for a Fuel Sales Manager.

On a high level, the key responsibilities of this role are the acquisition of new customers and the retention/growth of existing customers. The candidate has to actively manage and service his/her customer portfolio.
Main tasks:

- To lead and independently run contract negotiations with new and existing customers within defined authority schemes
- To ensure a smooth execution of the Sales Order Process from offer to billing in close coordination with the assigned customer sales and service colleagues
- To monitor accounts receivable, customer credit limits and insurance/collateral coverage
- To monitor contract fulfilment by customers
- To efficiently implement product and marketing strategies
- To deliver or exceed defined annual targets (sales volumes, net margin, EBIT, cost, etc.) and monitor them on an ongoing basis
- To win new customers and to maximize profit across the owned customer portfolio
- To increase the number of cross-selling customers
- To prevent bad debt / customer default losses
- To ensure a high quality of customer service and to promote customer satisfaction
- To ensure compliance with laws, rules, instructions, circulars, operating agreements, Risk Management
- To learn and improve necessary sales and product expertise, including for cross-selling
- To foster a culture of close coordination and cooperation with management, customer sales and service colleagues and close-by departments
- To continuously monitor changes in the market/competitive environment and share respective information with colleagues and the wider group
- To generate, maintain and key market and customer information
- To co-own the all-time correctness of customer master and contract data
- To deal with customer complaints
- To provide or organize technical advice for customers as required

- Professional Experience maximum 3 years
- University degree
- Fluent in spoken and written Hungarian
- Good knowledge of English
- Experience in sales
- Negotiations skills and persuasiveness
- Ability for self-organization
