Day to Day Work

Role Purpose:

The Service Request Coordinator validates and coordinates a variety of requests from the customer end user related to their hardware and software use.

Key Responsibilities/Outcomes:
- Coordinate and follow up the requests
- Ensure these requests are executed within agreed deadlines in line with the Customer Service
- Level Agreement
- Prioritizing and understanding the implications of requests and consequent - multiple - actions that need to be taken
- To ensure correct communication towards fellow team members in terms of daily team work, sharing information, sharing workload, adjusting schedules and holidays with the relevant back up persons.
- To ensure the client is kept continuously and proactively informed on the progress of the submitted requests and that client relationship is developed and maintained. Ensure clear and polite telephone and e - mail communication
- Understanding the requests and their applications
- To ensure that any revealed process gaps or improvement ideas are escalated to the Team Leader
- To ensure that all hours worked on the account are accurately booked in Webtime and in Timesheet by the given deadline.
- Active participation in ongoing quality initiatives at the desired level, detailed on the UGSH Quality Portal by considering all relevant objectives, policies and procedures.
Key Qualifications:
- Fluencyin Frenchand English
- 1-2 years of experience in a multinational environment is an advantage
- Being able to communicate effectively with different functions and levels within the organisation and the customer
- Excellent organisational skills
- Tenacity, can-do attitude and accuracy
