Their growing Shared Service Center in Budapest provides an opportunity for dedicated professionals in the fields of Finance and Order Management.


The Finance and Reporting Systems Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining reporting tools and processes (e.g. Revenue Reporting, Sales performance, Commission Processing). The position holder verifies content and publishes the reports to the audience and supports management and end users in EMEA to generate and analyze reports.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools and processes for revenue reporting, commission calculation, sales performance management and other fields, as required
- Data extraction, data organization and verification
- Report generation and distribution
- Automation of above processes
- Work with users to identify reporting requirements, document requirements, design and test solution, and deploy solution for the user in production
- Partner with management and user groups to analyze current problems and review system capabilities to determine improved system solutions or address gaps
- Partner with SSC and country resources to modify and test configuration changes in Oracle and OBI
- Partner with SSC and country resources to identify test case scenarios, develop test scripts, and execute test scripts for either unit, systems integration, or user acceptance testing purposes
- Develop and maintain relationships with SSC partners (Finance, Sales, BPA, IT, etc.) to ensure proactive identification of new reporting improvement opportunities and issue resolution
- Project work related to reporting and Oracle implementations
- Identify, develop, and provide necessary internal training for end-users
- Ensure deliverables are created with high quality and in a timely manner


- Degree in Information Systems or Business Administration
- 2-4 years experience of combined IT/business experience or similar support function
- Experience with top tier ERP system, preferably Oracle R12/OBI and the according reporting tools
- Proven experience in report design and automation
- SQL/Oracle EBS/OBI knowledge is a distinct advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication in English and German
