Scope & impact of the position on the organization:

 Overall responsibility for sales and customer development of Commercial Customers, Industrial Users, End Users and Consulting Engineers. In an assigned sales territory and account list, by providing customer value through technical and commercial expertise and engineering knowledge



 ■      Achieve assigned sales and customer development quota through focus on Commercial customer acquisition and development

■      Perform according to company strategy in terms of customer channels, product mix and selling level

■      Encourage customer growth and loyalty through continuous support and customer assistance

■      Develop and implement business and account sales

■      Day to day selling activities i.e. identifying sales opportunities, organizing, proposals, asking for and acquiring orders

■      Co-ordinate with other processes to ensure high level of customer satisfaction

■      Keep customer data base updated

■      Report sales territory performances on a quarterly basis

■      Keep updated on product changes



 ■      Team Player (Knows how to work with others)

■      Customer Advisor (Ensures internal and external customer satisfaction)

Candidate Profile:


■      Technical degree in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

■      Must have demonstrated mechanical and electrical ability

■      Must have the ability to use a computer and associated software (e.g., MS/ Office, Excel and MS Windows)

■      English knowledge – Intermediate level

■      A second European language would be desirable but not essential

■      Customer service, service and controls and contracting
