Workspace & Community Maker

Puzl CowOrKing Budapest is expanding with another floor and now we’re looking for a Workspace & Community Maker to join our team.

This is not a “sit and wait” kind of role.

This is a hands-on, eyes-open, always-two-steps-ahead type of job;

You’ll make sure our office and community spaces run smoothly.

You’ll help our members, guests and partners feel supported and happy.

You’ll keep our office buildings in great shape.

And yes, sometimes you’ll prevent small disasters before anyone even knows they were possible.

If you’re naturally organized, love solving problems, enjoy working with people, and take pride in keeping things moving behind the scenes – this one is definitely for you.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Helping members with their daily life at Puzl, introducing them to each other and communicating with new and potential members.
  • Support events and activities that strengthen the community journey.
  • Preparing member contracts and annexes, and coordinating invoicing and payments with the Finance Team.
  • Managing smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Coordinating suppliers, contractors and operational partners.
  • Working closely with the Facilities Team to handle maintenance requests, cleaning, security, access systems, Health & Safety requirements, and office supplies.
  • Supporting operational budgets, tracking expenses and flagging unusual costs.
  • Managing supplier contracts, orders and inventory.
  • Coordinating refurbishments, workspace improvements and the setup of new areas or locations.

In short, you’ll help keep both the community and the space running smoothly - making sure members are happy and Puzl continues to feel like Puzl.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in office management, facilities and workplace, admin, or similar roles. You’ll kinda need this to have a grasp on the job.
  • Preferable experience in office and workspace management - at least 2-3 years
  • Operations or project management experience is a plus.
  • A highly organized human who loves structure, planning, and creating order out of chaos.
  • Someone hands-on, proactive, and calm under pressure.
  • A strong communicator who can coordinate contractors, suppliers, members, and internal teams without losing their cool.
  • A more extroverted person who would strive to improve the experience for all of our members and to promote our community, culture, and brand.
  • Good digital skills – docs, spreadsheets, ticketing systems, project- and knowledge management software, AI, the usual suspects.
  • A friendly, can-do attitude and a natural service mindset.
  • Language skills: Hungarian: Native / English: Advanced
  • This job is fully office-based.
