
UK Payroll Specialist
- Maintain accurate payroll records and process payroll-related transactions
- Review, verify, and reconcile payroll data before each payroll cycle
- Handle salary adjustments, deductions, tax-related entries, and timekeeping information
- Prepare recurring payroll reports and support internal reporting requests
- Ensure compliance with applicable payroll regulations and company standards
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Investigate discrepancies and contribute to issue resolution activities
- Support payroll audits and documentation requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll workflows and operational efficiency
Elvárások / Requirements
- Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, HR, or a related field
- Previous experience in payroll administration or payroll operations
- Understanding of payroll processes, taxation principles, and employment related regulations
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Advanced spreadsheet and reporting skills
- Ability to handle confidential employee information responsibly
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience working with payroll and workforce management systems
