Travel and Expense Trainee

Chart Industries, Inc. (NYSE:GTLS), incorporating Howden, is a global manufacturer of highly engineered cryogenic and compression equipment servicing multiple applications in the clean energy and industrial gas markets. Our unique product portfolio is used in every phase of the liquid gas supply chain, including upfront engineering, service and repair.

Feladatok:

• Process employee expenses
• Participate in end-to-end payment process
• Send out reminders to employees
• Support process improvement and standardization projects

Elvárások:

• Ongoing studies and active or passive Hungarian student status in the field of economics and/or accounting
• Fluency in English is a must
• Strong MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand business needs and influence business impact
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to details and accurate data management 
• Inquisitive, cooperative and open attitude

Munkaidő:

• At least 25 working hours per week
• From Monday to Friday in flexible working hours
