Spanish speaking Accounts Payable Accountant Trainee

As part of this dynamic and growing organization, you will gain valuable insight into finance operations in a multinational environment.

Feladatok:

• Supporting the Accounts Payable (AP) team in daily operations
• Processing incoming invoices accurately and efficiently
• Ensuring compliance with service levels, internal policies, and procedures
• Assisting the AP team and project stakeholders during the ramp-up phase of the Shared Service Center
• Providing administrative support and contributing to various finance-related initiatives

Elvárások:

• Ongoing studies in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong English and active Spanish language skills (Hungarian is an advantage)
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Interest in working in a Shared Service Center environment
• Proactive attitude with motivation to take initiative and drive improvements

Munkaidő:

• Flexible schedule on weekdays
• Minimum 20 hours per week
