Trainee Lawyer - Litigation

Your new role 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Lawyer to join the litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate or an individual in the early stages of their legal career to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior lawyers in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Review and analyse case files, evidence, and legal documents.
• Attend court proceedings and client meetings to observe and assist.
• Manage case files and ensure all documentation is organised and up-to-date.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and coordinate schedules.
• Support the litigation team in all aspects of case management and strategy development.

What you'll need to succeed 

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB);
• Strong academic record and a keen interest in litigation.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in English.
