Finance Coordinator

Your new company 

Our partner is a real estate development company with nearly 100 years of history, present in 10 countries (e.g., France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, etc.). 

Your new role 

In this position you will be part of the finance team and your tasks will include:

  • Communication with external accountants, monitoring their work.
  • Content and formal verification of customer and supplier invoices.
  • Tracking and administration of bank loans related to projects.
  • Preparing reports for the foreign parent company.
  • Internal administration and financial record keeping.
  • Preparing budgets and cost control.
  • Conducting financial analyses and forecasts.
  • Performing tax-related tasks, preparing and submitting tax returns.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and laws.


What you'll need to succeed 

  • Financial or accounting qualification.
  • At least 3–5 years of professional experience in the financial field.
  • Fluent English knowledge.
