Spanish Speaking Technical Support Analyst

Our partner company in Debrecen is looking for a customer support representative with Spanish language skills for the night shift!

If you enjoy solving technical problems, are customer-oriented, and communicate confidently in both English and Spanish, this position is for you!



Feladatok / Tasks

  • Supporting customers via phone, chat, and email

  • Providing product information and handling order-related inquiries

  • Identifying and resolving hardware and software issues

  • Managing complaints and improving customer satisfaction

  • Escalating more complex cases to the appropriate internal teams

  • Complying with data protection and security regulations

  • Maintaining positive, cooperative communication within the team and with customers

Requirements: 
  • Secondary education (higher education is an advantage)

  • Confident Spanish (C1) and English (B2) language skills, both spoken and written

  • Customer-focused attitude with good communication skills

  • Basic IT knowledge (e.g., MS Office, WLAN, Bluetooth)

  • Accuracy, reliability, ability to work independently

  • Openness to working night shifts (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
