Feladatok / Tasks

  • Providing customer support via phone, chat, and email

  • Sharing product information and handling order-related inquiries

  • Identifying and resolving hardware and software issues

  • Managing complaints and improving customer satisfaction

  • Escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams

  • Complying with data protection and security regulations

  • Maintaining positive and cooperative communication within the team and with customers

Requirements: 
  • Minimum secondary education

  • Confident Dutch (C1) and English (B2) language skills, both spoken and written

  • Experience in a BPO (customer service) environment

  • Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills

  • Basic IT knowledge (e.g., MS Office, WLAN, Bluetooth)

  • Accuracy, reliability, and ability to work independently
