Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract candidates with specialized engineering expertise.

Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and offer strategic recruitment guidance.

Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and ongoing networking efforts.

Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and deliver well-founded recommendations to hiring teams.

Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Keep up to date with the latest recruitment trends, tools, and best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on engineering positions.

Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.

Expertise in sourcing strategies and techniques.

Experience in the industrial or advanced manufacturing sector.

Proficiency in English and Hungarian reading, writing, and speaking.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
