Your new role

• System administration and support for SuccessFactors
• Managing permissions and user access
• Troubleshooting and resolving system issues
• Support system enhancements, integrations, testing activities and process improvements
• Provide support for reporting
• Prepare user training

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in supporting SuccessFactors (3–5 years)
• Fluent English knowledge
• Knowledge about HR and Recruitment processes
• Experience in system support
