Our leading IT provider partner company is looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates for French-speaking First Line Analyst position with hybrid working option in Budapest.
Responsibilities:

• Support the customers using your outstanding language skills
• Handle the incoming phone calls, emails or requests in chat
• Solve the requested IT-related issues of the customers
• Contribute to maintaining and increasing the customer satisfaction level

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Fluency in French and English
• Customer centred mindset and excellent communication skills
• Can-do attitude, outstanding problem-solving skills
