An international, multicultural organization is looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join its team in Budapest (Váci Greens). The role covers end-to-end payroll execution and improvement, with a particular focus on executive compensation, equity-related payroll, and payroll projects.

Ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing in line with legal requirements and company policy

Provide guidance to employees, managers, and HR partners on payroll, benefits, allowances, and employee lifecycle changes

Support executive compensation and equity-based payroll programs, including validation, reporting, and compliance activities

Lead and support payroll-related projects: requirements gathering, testing, stakeholder management, and change implementation

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and drive effective cross-team communication

Support continuous improvement initiatives within payroll operations

Bachelor's degree

Fluent English

Experience in payroll and benefits, ideally within a multinational or shared services environment

Experience working across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, changing environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems (Workday is a plus)
