- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von 13 Direct Reports sowie Gesamtverantwortung für mehr als 220 Mitarbeitende
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung standardisierter Prozesse und gesetzlicher Auflagen
- Steuerung von Qualität und Produktivität anhand relevanter Kennzahlen
- Budgetäre und personelle Verantwortung für die Teams im Logistikbereich
- Aktive Mitwirkung an Projekten zur Modernisierung und zukunftsorientierten Weiterentwicklung der Logistik
- Einschlägige Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Logistik, idealerweise in der Lebensmittel-, Pharma- oder einer ähnlich regulierten Branche
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden und in der Übernahme von Personalverantwortung
- Sehr gutes Verständnis logistischer und betriebswirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge sowie der zugrunde liegenden Prozesse
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP
- Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
