In dieser Funktion verantworten Sie die strategische Weiterentwicklung des Produktportfolios einer Division sowie die Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines dreiköpfigen Teams. Ihre Aufgaben im Detail:
Category Management und Portfolio-Steuerung
- Analyse und Weiterentwicklung des Produktportfolios über mehrere Länder mit Fokus auf Profitabilität und Marktpotenziale
- Definition und Umsetzung der Portfoliostrategie inklusive Lifecycle-Management und Margenoptimierung
- Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der Private-Label-Strategie
- Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen auf Basis von Markt- und Performance-Daten
Business Development und Vertriebsunterstützung
- Verdichtung komplexer Marktinformationen zu klaren, vertriebsrelevanten Insights
- Entwicklung von Tools und Ansätzen zur Steigerung von Vertriebseffektivität und Kundenkonversion
- Sparring bei Promotion-Aktivitäten sowie Identifikation und Bewertung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
- Zentrale Ansprechperson für Business-Development-Themen in den Ländern
Produktentwicklung und Nachhaltigkeit
- Steuerung von Produktinnovationen von der Idee bis zur Markteinführung inkl. Business Case und Erfolgskontrolle
- Übersetzung von Nachhaltigkeitsinitiativen (z. B. CO₂-Reduktion, regenerative Landwirtschaft) in marktfähige Angebote
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Marketing und weiteren internen Schnittstellen
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
- Fundiertes betriebswirtschaftliches und kommerzielles Verständnis, insbesondere in den Bereichen Pricing, Margenmanagement und Portfolio-Steuerung
- Erfahrung im FMCG- und/oder industriellen Umfeld
- Erfahrung in der Leitung und Umsetzung cross-funktionaler Projekte
- Versierter Umgang mit Excel, idealerweise Kenntnisse in SAP und Business Warehouse
