Our leading IT provider partner company is looking for German-speaking Level 1.5 IT Support Specialist candidates with hybrid working option in Budapest.
Main responsibilities:

• Provide advanced technical support for the customers
• End user and digital experience monitoring, tracking
• Conduct investigations, perform regular health checks
• Analyse trends, participate in process improvement
• Contribute to maintaining and increasing the customer satisfaction level

Requirements:

• High school diploma or university degree
• Fluency in German and English
• Experience in IT support (1st level or similar)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
