German-speaking Procurement Administrator

Our leading IT provider partner company is looking for a German-speaking Procurement Administrator in Budapest.
Main responsibilities:

  • Support travel administration for Germany
  • Daily communication with customers, vendors and other departments
  • Create Purchase Orders, assist in sourcing activities
  • Provide support to employees about procurement tools
  • Take part in accurate administration and invoice validation


Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Fluency in German and English
  • 0-2 years' experience in procurement, administration, ptp/p2p
  • Proactivity, excellent organisation and communication skills
