Our partner is looking for a German-speaking Team Coordinator for the customer service team.
Responsibilities:
- Support the daily operation of the team
- Lead, coach and motivate the team members
- Help to optimise processes, handle high priority and complexity customers
- Monitor KPIs, allocate tasks within the team, give regular feedback
- Maintain daily communication with managers, other departments, partners
Requirements:
- 3 years’ experience in customer service/service desk positions
- 1 year's experience in mentoring, training and coordinating teams
- Fluent German and English language knowledge
- Excellent communication, organisational skills, can-do attitude
