German-speaking Customer Service Team Coordinator

Our partner is looking for a German-speaking Team Coordinator for the customer service team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily operation of the team
  • Lead, coach and motivate the team members
  • Help to optimise processes, handle high priority and complexity customers
  • Monitor KPIs, allocate tasks within the team, give regular feedback
  • Maintain daily communication with managers, other departments, partners

Requirements:

  • 3 years’ experience in customer service/service desk positions
  • 1 year's experience in mentoring, training and coordinating teams
  • Fluent German and English language knowledge
  • Excellent communication, organisational skills, can-do attitude
