Our partner, a Germany-based software company specialized in innovative planning tools for the interior design industry, is expanding its support team in Hungary. They are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join their small, dedicated international team and support users of a unique planning software.

If you enjoy helping others, speak fluent German, and are looking for a long-term role with a friendly, close-knit team—this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

  • Be the first point of contact for German-speaking users (homeowners, designers, and resellers)

  • Assist with general software use, basic setup, and “how-to” questions 

  • Provide L1 support and walk users through solutions in a clear and helpful way

  • Handle inquiries via phone, chat or email—mainly in German

  • Collaborate with the international support team (Germany & Hungary)

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Native-level or full professional German skills

  • Solid communication skills and a supportive, patient attitude

  • Comfortable with digital tools and learning new software

  • Approx. 2–5 years of experience in a support/helpdesk/customer care role

  • Bonus points if you have experience with design software tools

  • Proactive mindset, comfortable in a smaller-team structure

  • Good English for  mainly internal communication

  • Dutch/French language knowledge is a plus
