French-speaking Order Management Administrator

Our partner is a global company in the IT and services sector, supporting international clients with end-to-end business operations. To strengthen their order management team, they are looking for French-speaking team members. They are expanding their order management team and welcome applications from fresh graduates, junior professionals, and those looking to transition into a new field. 
Your responsibilities:

  • Manage and process customer orders accurately and on time
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues
  • Monitor order status and proactively follow up on delays or discrepancies
  • Support process improvements and contribute to team efficiency
  • Senior colleagues may also mentor junior team members and lead small projects


Your profile:

  • Fluent in French, with at least intermediate English
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in order management, customer service, or administration is an advantage, but fresh grads are also welcome
  • Comfortable using MS Office; SAP or ERP system knowledge is a plus
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
