Your new role 

As a French-speaking Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting global clients and leading a group of professionals in a service-oriented environment.
Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach a team providing business support to international customers
• Manage escalations and ensure smooth daily operations
• Plan resources and distribute workload to meet deadlines
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve service quality
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Drive process improvements and contribute to strategic goals

• Experience in team leadership in a Business Services/SSC environment
• Fluent in French and English
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
