French Speaking Junior Supplier Coordinator

• You follow the execute the Group Supplier onboarding process within SLA
• You use your initiative to escalate or flag aged or sensitive supplier requests to appropriate senior management
• You evaluate supplier-based risks and drive appropriate resolution
• You appreciate contractual or commercial terms and conditions and re-route challenges to appropriate Commercial, Purchasing, Contracts, or Legal stakeholders for resolution
• You work closely with the Legal Division, Purchasing, and Partner Management managers
• You handle the Group Contract Database by archiving all contracts and agreements in the Group SharePoint Contract Database
• You drive continuous supplier optimization and consolidation.

Elvárások / Requirements

• You have 1-2 years of experience in multinational environment preferably in a similar position
• You are fluent in French, and have good command of English
• You have some experience in the management of supplier contracts (manufacturers, publishers and wholesalers)
• You have sound knowledge of MS-Office
• You developed interpersonal skills: relations with Legal or other internal departments
• You have distinctive organisational strength, you administrate accurately and ability to work with tight deadlines
• You are able to analyse supplier financial statements for detailed insights
• You have high self-motivation and ability to work independently and part of a team
• You have organisational skills and can manage conflicts
