French-speaking Inside Sales Specialist

Our leading IT provider partner company is looking for a French-speaking Sales Order Management Specialist in Budapest with hybrid working option.
Main responsibilities:

  • Order tracking, resolution of issues and queries
  • Daily communication with customers, vendors and other departments
  • Process orders, participate in pricing and invoicing
  • Contribution to maintain and increase the customer satisfaction level


Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Fluency in French and English
  • 0-2 years' experience in order management or logistics or buying or internal sales
  • Customer centered mindset and excellent communication skills
