A French-speaking Customer Support Representative is open at our partner who is operating in Hungary.
Main Responsibilities:• Ensure excellent customer service across all internal processes to maintain high customer satisfaction.• Act as a key liaison between customers and internal departments (Sales, Production, Logistics).• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling daily business-related inquiries.• Respond to product- and order-related questions, providing information on products, lead times, and basic technical details.• Perform administrative tasks, including order entry in Oracle and supporting weekly reporting and analysis.• Participate in relevant trade shows and industry events.
Requirements• Fluency in English and French• Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service / Order Management / Sales• MS Office skills• Ability to organize own and other’s workload• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
