French speaking Inside Sales Specialist

  • Handling customer requests promptly and courteously
  • Managing pricing and margin decisions with accuracy and confidence
  • Processing quote requests and sales orders in line with specifications and requirements
  • Verifying purchase order details against sales orders and source of supply
  • Ensuring delivery meets customer SLAs through monitoring and service reviews
  • Coordinating with Purchasing on non-standard or non-compliant orders
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve blocked orders related to margins, credit limits, or export control
  • Overseeing customer stock management and working with Purchasing, Configuration, and Logistics to optimize inventory levels
  • Processing returns in accordance with SLA requirements
  • Ensuring timely credit processing in the system
  • Identifying, proposing, and implementing improvement actions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Elvárások / Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in an internal sales department
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Strong customer and commercial orientation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage conflicts
  • You demonstrate detailed knowledge and understand the direction of change in the marketplace
