Our partner company is known as one of the world's leading automation experts and industrial robot manufacturers. The company has been present in Hungary since 1991. 

  • Processing and understanding international customer inquiries
  • Clarification and handling of commercial and technical issues with customers 
  • Preparation of quotations, order processing, and invoicing for spare parts and repairs
  • Identification of spare parts using parts lists, circuit diagrams, and images
  • Close collaboration with related departments, including Purchasing, Logistics, Customs, Export Control, Shipping, and other service departments
  • Determination of repair prices and verification of material availability
  • Consistent follow-up on orders, ensuring on-time delivery and invoicing
  • Handling of export processes and procurement of documents
  • Monitoring and managing the return of repair parts
  • Support in process optimizations and adjustments
  • Preparation of regular business situation reports
  • Processing complaints and credit notes

Elvárások / Requirements

  • University degree (preferably in business administration)
  • Professional experience in order processing is an advantage
  • Confident handling of SAP and MS Office
  • Knowledge of Salesforce desirable
  • Fluent English and Hunarian language skill
  • Customer orientation and intercultural competence
  • Participation in on-call duty 
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
