French HR Services Coordinator

A French-speaking HR Services Coordinator position is open at our partner who is a leading provider of IT infrastructure services operating in Budapest.


Fresh grads are also welcomed in this position!


Main Responsibilities:


  • Coordinating HR workflows such as onboarding and data management
  • Resolving HR related issues which can occur in their total employee life cycle
  • Providing technical support of HR self-service tools and systems
  • Driving efficiency by evaluating and enhancing workflows
  • Utilizing HR systems and Excel to resolve issues and optimize processes
  • Collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and other teams
  • Maintaining and improving employee satisfaction level


Requirements

  • Fluency in English and French
  • You have experience in HR experience is an advantage
  • Fresh grads are also welcomed in this position!
  • MS office skills
  • Ability to organize own and other’s workload
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
