Our partner is looking for a motivated and experienced Facility Director, who will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management and team performance. The role will involve liaising with clients, managing the teams and improve processes.

• Leading the facility management site
• Managing a team and coordinating the workflow
• Identifying new business opportunities and client needs, managing negotiations and price offers 
• Handling the budgets and monitoring performance
• Quality control on the services 
• Monitoring compliance with rules and regulations
• Continuous improvement of processes and increase efficiency
• Evaluating the performance of team members

Elvárások / Requirements

• At least 4 years of facility , maintenance or operations management experience 
• Experience in team and people management
• University education
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proactive and responsible mindset
• Professional knowledge and experience
• MS Office knowledge
• Fluent English language skills
• Driving license B
