Our multinational partner — a leading shared service organisation in the telecommunications sector — is expanding its digital Supply Chain capabilities and is now looking to welcome a new Demand Planner to its international team.
This role is responsible for shaping Hardware Demand, managing the full end‑to‑end planning process, overseeing governance routines, and acting as the single point of contact for Logistics and Supply Planners. You will have a key role in process optimisation and driving transformation across the function.
As a Demand Planner, you will:
- Generate Hardware Demand using SAP IBP.
- Establish demand planning guidelines, define standard processes and procedures, and set key KPIs.
- Translate rollout activity plans into aligned material requirements according to national and global directives.
- Oversee the complete end‑to‑end demand process within the IBP platform, including all related governance routines.
- Ensure demand quality targets are consistently met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Procurement, the Logistics COE, and Supply Planners.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning within a multinational environment.
- Background in transformation, change management, or process improvement.
- Good understanding of networks and mobile access technologies (4G, 5G).
- Engineering mindset; hardware planning experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- A proactive, can‑do attitude, strong ownership, strategic thinking, independence, and a startup mindset with high adaptability.
