We are seeking a dedicated professional for this pivotal role, which serves as the backbone of our financial integrity and regulatory compliance within the organization's regional finance structure.

Ensure full compliance with Hungarian statutory regulations and internal Group policies.
Manage general accounting, tax reporting, and internal controls for the accounting department.
Perform detailed tax forecasting, VAT reporting, and transfer pricing documentation.
Supervise fixed asset management and reconcile intercompany accounts.
Coordinate the annual audit process in collaboration with the Country Controller.
Prepare comprehensive IFRS statutory reports, including annual financial packages and bank statistics.
Support regional treasury and risk functions through accurate financial data analysis.
Oversee month-end closing activities and provide guidance to the local accounting team.

Elvárások / Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in controlling within a multinational environment.
Expertise in IFRS is mandatory; Chartered accountant certification is highly preferred.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong business acumen combined with precise analytical capabilities.
A diplomatic approach and proven ability in people management.
