We currently have an exciting position for an Employee Engagement and Communications Executive.
This role is key in supporting the Employee Engagement Manager to lead in the future development and delivery of a high level of employee engagement in B2B.

You will be expected to deliver against the principal accountabilities, which are:
•Ensure systems and procedures are in place to enable employees to provide feedback and solutions on business environment, issues and problems
•Identify deficiencies in work processes that have an impact on the employee experience and develop and implement improved procedures.
•Ensuring resolutions are focussed on improving employee engagement & customer satisfaction within business constraints
•Develop reporting and effective controls to track and monitor all aspects of engagement as well as propose changes in order to drive out improvements
•Formulate actions (based on both external market research and internal operational observations) that will allow employee engagement to be improved
•Interpret and analyse management information and provide solutions when highlighting matters
•Continually maintain a full action plan for improving B2B employee engagement ratings
•Manage Delivery of EDF Group's annual employee engagement survey and B2B's interim surveys and ensure B2B has an action plan for improving ratings
•Plan and deliver a series of highly rated regular communications to the B2B community updating them on business news, issues and pertinent information to drive employee engagement
•Close working across B2B and with HR colleagues will be necessary to successfully deliver this role
•The job holder is expected to work in conjunction with the other B2B teams, Customers Business Executive and EDF Energy to ensure Health and Safety policies are adhered to at all times
The team is office based with support and sales functions in London and the South West.
Consequently, to effectively engage with relevant internal and external stakeholders, the role will require some travel in the UK.
