The team has a controlling function, ensuring that transactions and balances of our clients' Nostro accounts are reconciled in line with the service level agreements.
The team is in charge to identify, investigate, allocate and monitor the breaks related to securities positions and money accounts.
From an organizational viewpoint, the team is part the Global Reconciliation (Switzerland & Lichtenstein, Europe, Asia-Pacific) and operates within the Global Banking Operations division.
- Identify, investigate and allocate breaks between clients' cash and securities accounts and their custodians
- Support the Global Head of Reconciliation in supervisory and controlling functions; prove the will and potential to grow into the team head role
- Be the first point of contact towards clients, manager, operational teams, business analysts and developers
- Ensure the high quality of the delivered services, in line with the Service Level Agreements obligations
- Support the Global Reconciliation in its standardization and automation projects
- Continuous focus on streamlining the processes and improve control on operational risk
- Elaborate, monitor and assess the aggregate reconciliation data to detect deviations from the standard and risks
What you need
- Understanding of the financial services industry, with focus on the Banking Operations and Fintech sector
- Proficiency in English and German
- Microsoft Office literate
- Highly motivated, committed and adaptive personality, with a "can do" attitude
