Due to continued growth with our Enterprise Applications practice, we currently have opportunities for functional Consultants/Senior Consultants with a proven track record in the delivery of Oracle EBusiness Suite solutions.
We would like to hear from experienced Oracle e-Business functional consultants with both accounting and non-accounting backgrounds, and with implementation project experience and with skills in one or more of the following areas - Oracle Financials R12 (R2R, P2P, O2C) or OBIEE/OBIA.

The requirement is for a candidate to have project experience; gained with Big 4, major SI/IT service provider or equivalent industry experience.
About the role
The role sits within the Enterprise Applications competency, a rapidly growing part of PwC's Technology practice. You will be an integral part of the team responsible for the delivery of Oracle e-Business solutions across a range of sectors. You will have the opportunity to work with an exciting and extensive client base and also the chance to receive high quality training on Oracle applications.

The role is focused on project delivery for Oracle EBS. You will support clients during all stages of an Oracle implementation or review. These are typically embedded in back office business change programmes and the role required process knowledge of operational Finance or Procurement and reporting. Part of the role is to support clients in the design of future processes and systems, combining the expertise from both areas.

Based on the clients', requirements the candidates will provide functional Oracle expertise to discuss and design potential solutions, or quality assure and recommend changes to designs provided by other parties. Typically they will assist the project manager in scoping and planning the project tasks relevant to the specific functional area.

For Consultant and Senior Consultant grades, the role requires that the candidates can lead relevant workstreams and projects centred on Finance and reporting. Therefore good client handling skills are paramount.

The candidates will be expected to build-up a solid internal knowledge-based network and to contribute actively to the development of the Oracle practice.

· Work on-site with clients to provide high quality advice and deliverables;
· Manage client engagements and ensure that we deliver the best solutions for clients;
· Build existing client relationships and support operations to add to current client portfolio;
· Help prepare client proposals, tenders and reports on an ongoing basis;
· Maintain a 'best practice' working environment in terms of compliance, risk, Financial management, etc;
· Work on building and rolling out new value propositions for our clients;
- Provide training to other members of the team as and when required.
The following skills are required for this role:

Essential skills:

· Excellent leadership skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates must have business process knowledge and deep Oracle eBS skills in Financials, Procurement or BI.
· Oracle functional design experience and consulting experience.
· Ability to work with senior stakeholders.
· Track record of oracle systems implementation experience either as team member or team leader.

Desirable skills:

· Project management experience in a complex environment.
· Previous experience of other ERP system implementation (e.g PeopleSoft, Siebel).
· Qualified Accountant or third level educational qualification.
· Demonstrates experience of engaging with client to assess business issues and shape client vision, and delivery approach.
· Demonstrates an understanding of the market / industry for ERP systems and ability to identify new business opportunities.
· Effective communicator. Demonstrates experience of leading client teams and engaging client on delivery issues and experience of communication activities such as Conference Room Pilots, and workshops. The skills we look for in future employees
