Our client

Our client is a successful Foundation in shaping public policies that assure greater fairness in political, legal, and economic systems in Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America.


- Reviewing and processing service agreements, consultancy agreements, license agreements, amendments to existing agreements, and other documents in cooperation with Human Resources, Facilities and Office Management and the Finance Department
- Analyzing proposed contracts and grant agreements, highlighting areas of risk and recommending revisions to proposals or terms
- Serving as personal assistant to the assigned Legal Counsel (maintaining the Legal Counsel


- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 1-2 years of administrative/office experience
- Excellent written communication skills in English and Hungarian
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hungarian; superior organizational skills; and strong interpersonal skills
- Pleasant, diplomatic manner and disposition when interacting with program management, colleagues at all levels, attorneys, external contacts and the general public
- Integrity, discretion and ability to handle confidential matters
- Excellent issue identification and problem-solving skills; excellent judgment and initiative in selecting the most effective solutions; careful attention to detail
- Commitment to excellence and to working as a member of a team, and establishing and maintaining harmonious working relationships
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and to work independently
- Ability to work under pressure and must be able to manage workload, prioritize, manage simultaneous tasks, and meet deadlines within a changing fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
