Network Support Engineer

Our partner's portfolio includes high-end IT security, network and log analysis solutions, as well as related expert services. They are looking for Support Engineer candidates with security and networking expereince. Juniors are welcome!
Your new role
- participate in client’s IT security and network systems daily operation
- implement configuration changes based on client requests
- troubleshoot and fix the operational and network issues of systems
- analyze the root cause of the problems
- prioritize the problems
- document your work in the ticketing system
- communicate with the vendors regarding the actual problems mainly in English
- perform the daily support related operational tasks
- participate in trainings, workshops
What you'll need to succeed

- are a team player and a responsible personality
- have grit to learn new skills and technologies
- care about the details and have proactive attitude
- have excellent problem solving skills
- have experience in IT security systems’ operation or implementation
- have experience with proxy solutions
- have experience with wifi, switches, routers and network troubleshooting
- have experience with Next Generation Firewall solution
- can communicate in English (B2)
Even better if you…
- have experience with Secure Web Gateway, other proxy solutions, Secure Email Gateway solutions, Next Generation Firewall products
- have experience with the following vendors: Check Point, Forcepoint, Proofpoint, Palo Alto, Cisco, HPE Aruba
