• Supporting the delivery of the project goals of Project BarracUDA assigned to the ARC Operational Excellence Manager/BarracUDA program lead
• Work on the communications and marketing agenda of the project, focusing on energizing the global project audience through various tools and incentives
• Assist in data analysis of previously collected data, understanding the underlying problems in the GBS Finance organizations
• Work in conjunction with other project members, organizing events and celebrations locally
• Work with and review work of Outsourced Service Providers
• Work with other BSC Process Teams including Payables, Cash & Banking Accounts Payable and Intercompany Teams to ensure data entering ledgers is high quality and accurate

Elvárások:

• Ongoing studies and active Hungarian student status for at least 6 more months
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Fluency in written and spoken Hungarian
• Working knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Good level of analytical skills, numeracy and financial awareness

Working time

• Be able to invest at least 20-30 working hours per week according to agreed schedule
