- Fachliche Koordination eines kleinen Teams.
- Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der zentralen OT-Plattform.
- Administration von Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware und VMs.
- Betreuung von IAM, Benutzerverwaltung und PAM für Remote Access.
- Interne Abstimmung mit Konzern-IT sowie Netzwerk- und Firewall-Teams.
- Bearbeitung von Incidents, Changes, Security-Findings und Tickets.
- Mitarbeit an Projekten zu:
- VMware-Migration und Datacenter
- Zertifikats-Lifecycle-Management
- PAM, IAM und Remote-Access
- Systemhärtung und Standardisierung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb einer komplexen Enterprise-Infrastruktur.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows Server, Active Directory und VMware.
- Erfahrung mit On-Premises-Umgebungen idealweise im OT-Umfeld.
- Praxis mit Berechtigungsmanagement und ITIL-Prozessen.
- Grundlegendes Security Know-How in Bereichen wie: Hardening, NIST, ISO 27000 oder CIS.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
- Fähigkeit, ein kleines Team fachlich zu steuern.
