UX/UI Team Lead

Our partner has been present in Hungary for over 10 years, specializing in custom software development, UX/UI design, and digital consulting. They are looking for an experienced UX/UI Team Lead to join them.

Responsibilities

• Leading the UX/UI team (designers and researchers), mentoring and developing team members, and planning their growth paths
• Supporting the optimisation of processes related to the UX/UI domain
• Facilitating both team and individual development
• Fine-tuning the structure and operation of the division
• Ensuring knowledge transfer across project teams
• Supporting the business processes of projects
• Conducting personal meetings with clients
• Keeping user experience and conversion goals in focus
• Making professional and technological decisions, establishing best practices
• Collaborating closely with leaders and teams from other departments

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI
• Proven experience in team leadership and a clear vision of how such an organisation can operate effectively as a team
• Analytical mindset with precise and thorough work habits
• Ability to think in terms of business goals and user experience
• Creativity, independence, and a problem-solving attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in English
• Familiarity with
  Figma
