Feladatok / Tasks

  • Lead a frontline team supporting tech-savvy consumers across Europe

  • Foster a high-performance, positive team culture

  • Handle escalations, coaching, and daily team support

  • Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and 1:1s

  • Ensure KPIs and SLAs are consistently met

  • Monitor quality and drive improvements based on feedback

  • Identify knowledge gaps and provide effective training

  • Lead with transparency, empathy, and hands-on involvement

Requirements: 
  • 2–3 years of leadership experience in customer service, tech support, telco, or similar field

  • Strong people management and coaching skills

  • Excellent English communication (written and spoken)

  • Proficiency with ticketing systems, Office tools, ideally SaaS/sales tools

  • Calm, structured approach with strong problem-solving skills

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends when needed
