Als erfahrene Teamleitung übernimmst du nicht nur die fachliche und organisatorische Führung eines hochmotivierten Teilteams, sondern bist auch die treibende Kraft bei anspruchsvollen IT-Kundenprojekten.
- Führung, Organisation und Weiterentwicklung eines Allrounder-Teams inklusive Ressourcen- und Ablaufplanung
- Verantwortung für Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung anspruchsvoller IT-Kundenprojekte
- Koordination und Eskalationsmanagement im 2nd/3rd-Level-Support
- Installation, Administration und Support komplexer Server-, Netzwerk- und Security-Lösungen (Microsoft-Umfeld)
- Sicherstellung der Dokumentation und kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung
- Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Senior System Engineer (mit erster Führungserfahrung) bei einem Dienstleister
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Firewall-, Netzwerk-Systemen, Windows Server/Client und Microsoft 365
